If the product you are searching for is unavailable, you can suggest adding it by sending us a message via the contact us section in the side menu. We will do our best to include it in our store

You can add your favorite products to your Favorite list, Simply add all of the products you usually buy every month and put them on your favorite list by pressing the heart shape icon above any product you want to add to your list, Then when you want you can use the list for easy access for your favorite items

You can choose to pay cash on delivery or through online payment via the secure payment gateway. We accept payments online using Visa, and MasterCard.

If you make a payment for our products on our website or application, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment gateway via a secured connection.

The User can select which payment method is preferred. The payment methods available are displayed for selection when the order is finalized. If for any reason the online payment transaction is declined, 20beyti is entitled to offer the user cash on delivery payment option.

In case you are charged incorrectly or need a refund for a valid reason, you may contact 20beyti through the hotline and we will initiate the refund immediately, However, for the sum to be available and back into your account, it will take up to 14 Working days.

We currently operate in Egypt covering all areas except upper egypt (Coming soon). Our promise of delivery is for all orders to be delivered within 2 to 3 business days. Customers will receive a call from our delivery team to confirm delivery date and time 1 day prior to actual delivery.

No 20beyti allow you to make any order to always satisfy your needs, However if your order value is 300 Egp total or more you will enjoy free delivery, If your order value is less than 300 Egp you can still checkout but you will have a 50 Egp shipping fee added to your order total

Yes, there is no limit to the number of delivery addresses you can add, Just make sure you are choosing the right delivery address for the order you are making

We will call you before we deliver however, If no one is at home during the agreed delivery time, we will do our best to contact you and reschedule the delivery at another time. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be cancelled

Orders cannot be modified from the application or website once they are placed. Any desired change will require that you call our hotline 01144444715 to cancel the order, then you can proceed into making a new order through the website or application.

When an order is already placed, changing the delivery details is not possible. In the event that you have made a mistake and the address stated is not correct, you can contact our customer service team via contact us page, through email at [email protected] or on our hotline 01144444715

Yes, simply go to the order history, tap on the order you’d like to repeat and choose reorder, from there you will be able to add all items to the cart, edit the order as you wish and submit it (coming soon)

We highly advise you to review the items upon receiving them. However, if for any reason you were unable to review the products at the time of delivery and a certain product is incorrect or damaged, please contact us for a replacement or refund. 20beyti will initiate the required action immediately; given that, the issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order
