20Beyti presents to its customer base multiple a free delivery conditioned by a minimum order of 300 EGP:

1. Free Delivery: buyers will enjoy free delivery on all orders IF AND ONLY IF order value is more than 300 EGP
2. Paid Delivery: buyers can make orders with an order value below 300 EGP but will be charged an extra 30 EGP as delivery fees
3. Fast Delivery (coming soon): receive your order in 24 hours versus extra fees (further details to be announced)

Our promise is to deliver any order within 2 to 3 business days. 

All customers will receive a call 1 day prior to actual delivery to confirm the delivery date, time and place.

20beyti delivery team will make 2 attempts to deliver your order. If both attempts are failed for any reason then the order will be canceled.

20beyti preserves all rights to proceed with legal actions versus account holders creating orders without the intention of receiving those orders. Furthermore, these accounts will be suspended without notice.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to be present at the time of delivery agreed upon during the phone call done by 20beyti delivery team.

Users who shop at 20beyti website and/or application receive full or partial refunds if the item is not as described on our website or application or if they don’t receive their item, or if the item was damaged upon delivery. This guarantee is offered by 20beyti.com and "20beyti” application" to ensure buyers that their purchase is protected and to rest assured that they will receive exactly what they paid for. Buyers should check their delivered orders by item before signing the receipt voucher. Signing the receipt voucher is consent from buyers that they received exactly what they ordered.

 If a buyer has purchased an item through 20beyti website and/or application and never received it or received a different item to what was described on the website and/or application, the buyer will be reimbursed by us the value of the item if it was already paid for.

 To be eligible for buyer protection:

1. the buyer needs to file a complaint with 20beyti website and/or application, or get in touch with our customer support department on 01144444715, within 14 days of the initial date of delivery. We will investigate the matter and if it has been determined (in our sole discretion) that the buyer is right, a refund with the exact paid amount will take place or a new delivery will be dispatched depending on the choice and the satisfaction of the buyer himself.
2. The returned product should be in its initial unharmed state. 20beyti reserves the right to deny any return request in a case that the returned product is not sealed and in its original state.
3. No use of the returned product should have occurred. 20beyti reserves the right to deny any return request in a case that the returned product is not sealed and in its original state.
4. untapped packaging: the returned product package should be intact and in its original state
5. All return requests will be processed through 20beyti support team and dealt with on a case-to-case basis.

Refunds will be executed based on the payment method of the buyer and may take up to 14 business days to be fully refunded (including “Smart Coins” used).

Refunds can be made by adding “Smart Coins” to the buyer’s account balance in some cases.

If the buyer declines to receive a purchased item under the “Cash On Delivery” term despite the fact that the item represents in value and content exactly what he ordered, we reserve the right to decline future service to that buyer and under our own discretion, when seen necessary, pursue legal action against the buyer’s detrimental behavior in addition to, solely under our own discretion, and without notice, disable the account of that user and all the previously gained benefits of that user from the loyalty program.

In addition our platform provides customers with special offers on products that will be available for a limited time and or with limited quantities. 20beyti avails for its customer base several payment methods for their own preference and choosing:

1. Cash On Delivery: Cash value of the order to be paid at the location of delivery provided by the customer
2. Cash On Delivery: payment by card for the value of the order to be paid at the location of delivery provided by the customer through our delivery agent payment device
3. Cash On Delivery: payment by mobile wallet for the value of the order to be paid at the location of delivery provided by the customer through our delivery agent payment device
4. Online Payment: the value of the order is prepaid through our secure and private payment gateway.

All refund requests to be treated based on order value and their respective payment method.

Order cancellation by the buyer:

If cancellation notice from your side is duly received by us and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to your credit/debit card. Orders that are canceled after they have been shipped are subject to a 100 EGP cancellation fee to be deducted from your refund for shipping and processing. We have the full right to demonstrate or not, whether an order has been shipped or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.

Order Cancellation by 20beyti:

If an order has been canceled by 20beyti operation, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to announce the reason or not. The buyer will be fully refunded base on the order value and payment method. The buyer will be notified of the cancellation alongside the order id. 20beyti support team will get in contact with the buyer for further details to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

We reserve the right to refuse to accept the Credit/Debit Card or, in such case the transaction is accepted, cancel the transaction, at our sole discretion, as part of our own fraud detection program.

The Credit/Debit card details provided by you for benefiting from the services on the Website and our Mobile application will be truthful, valid, and accurate and you shall use the Credit/Debit card which is lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a Credit/Debit card transaction, you must use your own Credit/Debit card. The said information will not be utilized and shared by us with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation, or court order. We will not be liable for any Credit/Debit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the responsibility to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on you.

We reserve the right to recover the cost of products, collection charges and lawyers’ fees from persons using the Website and our Mobile application fraudulently. We reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Website and our Mobile application and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

20beyti holds the right to cancel any delivery for reasons such as it is not possible due to courier company limitations or local laws.

If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true, we have the right, in our sole discretion to reject the registration and ban you from using the services of the Website.
